PAYMENT AND DISPATCH POLICY

PAYMENT

Orders will be processed after successful receipt and confirmation of payment.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

After receiving the payment, the order will normally be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours depending on the product.

The expected delivery time is generally 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation and dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on the product, delivery location, logistics partner and other circumstances.

DELAY

In rare cases, dispatch or delivery may be delayed due to product availability, logistics issues or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform the dealer or customer in advance regarding the delay.

REFUND IN CASE OF NON DELIVERY

If we are unable to deliver the order due to any reason from our side, the applicable paid amount will be refunded to the dealer or customer.

The refund will normally be processed within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation of the refund.
